1- SHUTTLE SERVICE
1.1 Customers can book one or more seats in a specific type of vehicle at a predetermined departure time; this way, the transfer can be shared with other passengers and will depart at one of the times offered by our customer service and chosen by the customer.
1.2 The Customer is aware that during the transfer, the shuttle may make detours or stops to pick up or drop off other passengers, or transfer passengers from one vehicle to another during the journey.
1.3 During the booking process, the Customer will be required to provide personal information which may include, but not be limited to, their first name, last name, credit/debit card details. The customer is responsible for providing a valid mobile phone number for at least one of the passengers, including the international prefix, for any communications.
1.3.1 If no contact number is provided with the booking, it is the responsibility of the customer or passenger to check for any changes to the booking.
1.4 Enjoy Travelling is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of the Customer's flight/train; it is the Customer's responsibility to immediately communicate any changes to the Enjoy Travelling offices.
1.4.1 Pickup times in these cases can be moved before the scheduled time or delayed up to an hour from the time indicated on the booking. The customer agrees to these possible changes in the scheduled pickup times.
1.4.2 If the Customer has booked a shuttle service and there is a delay or their flight/train/etc. has been canceled, the Customer will receive the next available shuttle service. Customers must arrive at the designated starting point at least fifteen (15) minutes before the indicated departure time. Vehicles will depart at the scheduled departure time. If for any reason customers are late, please contact Enjoy Travelling immediately to ensure a different plan for their transfer.
1.4.3 If Customers arrive at the scheduled pickup point later than the scheduled departure time without contacting Enjoy Travelling, it is considered that they have missed the transfer service and the driver will depart ("no show," see 5.2.2).
1.5 If no other shuttle service of the same type is available, a private transfer will be offered to the Customer (subject to availability). The total cost will be calculated by adding the difference for the private transfer to the cost of the shuttle service. If the customer does not accept this alternative, they will have missed their transfer and will not be entitled to a refund. Enjoy Travelling will not be responsible to the Customer in case of a missed transfer due to their delay.
1.6 The customer who has booked a shared shuttle service to/from the Sorrento Coast or Amalfi Coast is aware that the shuttle will also travel across the Amalfi or Sorrento Coast to allow all customers who have chosen the same pickup time to reach their destination. In this case, the pickup/drop-off time may be advanced or delayed by up to an hour from the time indicated in the booking, and the Customer accepts these schedule variations.
1.7 Enjoy Travelling will do everything in its power to reach the Customer's destination on time but specifies that in no case will it be responsible for any consequences suffered by the Customer due to the transfer being unable to arrive on time due to circumstances beyond Enjoy Travelling's control not directly related to the driver, such as force majeure (force majeure events include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, accidents causing delays on the transfer route, exceptionally severe weather conditions, fires and/or damage to the station/terminal, compliance with law enforcement, customs, or other official security services under competent authority, deaths and road accidents, acts of vandalism and terrorism, unforeseen traffic jams, mass gatherings and strikes, lockouts, local unrest or tensions, problems caused by other customers, border closures, epidemics, natural disasters, as well as other unforeseeable causes beyond Enjoy Travelling's control).
2-CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE
2.1. The Customer's booking cancellation can only be made via email, phone call, or directly at the office. It is not possible to cancel a booking with the driver. If the Customer does not receive an email confirmation of the service cancellation, it is the Customer's responsibility to call the Enjoy Travelling offices.
2.2. To obtain a refund for the canceled booking, the request must be received within 48 hours before the transfer date; in this case, no penalty will be applied.
2.2.1. If the cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the first service date, no refund is available for the Customer. The service will be considered a "no show."
2.2.2. If the cancellation request is received less than 48 hours and the Customer has not yet paid for their service or the Customer has not shown up for their pickup at the meeting point, the entire amount of the booked reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
2.3. Any changes requested by you to your transfer service will be subject to availability and may result in an increase in price or administrative costs applicable to your bookings. To make a change, please contact us via email or phone call.
3 - CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION AND LUGGAGE
3.1. A child seat will be provided free of charge but must be requested at the time of booking. Customers can provide their own child seat.
3.2. Customers are legally required to wear the seatbelt provided at all times while seated and until the vehicle is completely stationary. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that they comply with this requirement.
3.3. Please allow ample time between the transfer service and subsequent trips you intend to take on other forms of transportation. If such other forms of transportation involve air travel, it is advisable to allow at least 3 hours between the scheduled transfer service arrival time and the Customer's flight departure time. Passengers who do not allow at least 3 hours between the vehicle's arrival and flight departure do so at their own risk, and Enjoy Travelling will not be liable for any expenses incurred due to any missed connections.
3.4. Enjoy Travelling reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to transport any person believed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. In these circumstances, Enjoy Travelling reserves the right to refuse any refund and no alternative transfer service will be provided.
3.4.1. The passenger(s) is responsible for all damages caused by an act of vandalism on their part. Enjoy Travelling reserves the right to automatically cancel their bookings without any right to any compensation.
3.5. All passengers are allowed one standard piece of luggage and one bag/backpack. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking (the cost for extra luggage is 5€/piece). Enjoy Travelling and the drivers are not responsible for any items or valuables left behind in the vehicle; Customers must ensure they have their personal belongings and luggage with them when they leave the vehicle and before dismissing the driver.
3.5.1. Enjoy Travelling reserves the right (and extends this right to its drivers and appointed agents) to refuse transportation to any person exceeding the declared number of luggage at the time of booking, especially when the vehicle's capacity does not allow for additional space. In such cases, Enjoy Travelling retains the right to deny any refund requests.
3.5.2. Luggage and other personal effects remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is understood that the Customer will be responsible for transferring all hand luggage and personal effects, regardless of where they are placed within the vehicle. Enjoy Travelling advises the Customer to be present during the loading and unloading of luggage.
